Economically disadvantaged students are the percentage of students who are directly certified for the National School Lunch Program through one of the following ways:
- Lives in a family unit receiving SNAP (food stamp) benefits
- Lives in a family unit receiving TANF benefits
- Identified as homeless
- Identified as foster*, or
- Identified as migrant.
